URGENT HIRING for Non-Voice/ Email Support

>DAY Shift based in Mandaluyong

Responsibilities
• Compensation & Benefits: Depending on your experience and qualifications, basic compensation starting range will be 15k/month.
• Customer Support: Ensures all emails are answered in a timely and professional manner.
• Escalation: Follow proper escalation procedures, feedback and monitoring flow. Give timely and proper feedback to the appropriate channels for immediate attention and necessary action.
• Work Location: Unit 716 7th Floor, BSA Twin Towers, Bank Drive Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City
• Regular working hours: 9am to 6pm; 10am to 7pm from Mondays to Fridays.

Requirements:
• Candidate must be at least High School Graduate, Short Course, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
• Trainable Candidate
• Can type 40wpm
• Flexible and can work with controlled environment since they will be dealing with sensitive documents.
• Project-Based Employment
• Must be Above Average oral and written English skills.
• None voice support for customer verification.
• Email support experience is preferred
• One day Interview Process (With test for typing and English writing proficiency)
